Currently snacking on: Liebniz butter biscuits

These are addicting, dangerously so.  Even more so when you sandwich some Haagen Dazs ice cream between two cookies.  Buttery, without being heavy.  Almost seems to melt in the mouth.  Best of all?  Not too sweet.
